Job summary

This role leads salaried and hourly staff in daily production control activities, develops master schedules, maintains buffer stock, and drives continuous improvement and cost reductions across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Must have formal ERP/MRP knowledge and experience.
• Planning and scheduling, demand management, inventory control, and related production functions.
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides effective leadership with salaried and hourly personnel in daily production control activities.
• Plan and create level production plans and distribute the Master Schedule based on demand.
• Develop and monitor buffer stock levels and optimize value streams.
