Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and materials management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely recipe entry, edits, and maintenance in material management systems (e.g., SAP) for structural adhesive products.
• Conduct lab cooks to optimize materials and processes for PF, MF, and UF resins.
• Handle material entry, extension, and updates for new and existing materials.
• Oversee raw material entry and approvals, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate and execute t-changes and t-blends per business unit needs.
• Maintain records for compliance and traceability and conduct recipe reviews.
• Respond to SO&E calls with timely technical guidance and troubleshooting for plant operations.
• Drive process optimization to reduce waste and improve product quality through data analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and coordinate rework activities and document corrective actions per quality protocols.
• Serve as primary contact for batch inquiries, enabling cross-team communication to resolve issues.
• Support incident investigations with data gathering, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to monitor quality metrics and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
• Support industry codes and standards relevant to structural wood product adhesives.
