Job summary

This role is critical in the Building and Construction business unit, supporting internal material management, ensuring accurate recipe entry, and providing technical support for adhesive product development.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, over 5 years of industry experience, and strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and material management. This is a hands-on role that emphasizes compliance, safety, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the adhesives, chemical, or materials industry.
• Familiarity with resin characterization and PF experience is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Perform accurate recipe entry and maintenance in material management systems.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and manage rework activities.
