Job summary

Blue Origin invites motivated undergraduates to join our Materials & Processes team as interns in Seattle. You will work on optimizing materials and processes, supporting parameters, drawing reviews, and qualification campaigns on the production floor.

You will gain real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to aerospace manufacturing. This internship offers housing/relocation support with interns responsible for daily transport to work locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. for internship eligibility.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• Completed at least one year of post-high school coursework by the time of application.
• Available to work full time for a minimum of 15 weeks during the internship.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support parameter development and material/process selection.
• Review drawings and assist in qualification test campaigns.
• Interact with external vendors and support on-going production configurations.
• Assist in TPS-related materials investigations and improvements.
