Job summary

Marvin Composites is seeking a Raw Materials Associate for our Fargo, ND location to prepare and measure raw materials, document results, and ensure production has materials to keep operations running smoothly.

This 12‑hour shift role includes an air‑conditioned facility, cross‑training opportunities, and a skill advancement program to help you grow within the company while supporting quality tests and material delivery to production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a computer for documentation.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift 10–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality tests, measure materials, and document results to meet standards.
• Estimate amounts of materials needed for production activities.
• Prepare raw materials using specialized equipment according to specifications.
• Keep production running efficiently by delivering materials on time.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide strong customer service and support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
