Job summary

Marvin Composites, LLC. is seeking a Raw Materials Associate at our Fargo, ND facility to support production by preparing and measuring materials, documenting results, and ensuring materials are available for operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork within an air-conditioned plant environment. The position offers a 12-hour shift schedule with a rotating 36- or 48-hour workweek, providing a biweekly 3-day weekend and opportunities for skill advancement and cross-training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality tests, measure materials, and document results to meet standards.
• Estimate material quantities for production based on calculations.
• Prepare raw materials with specialized equipment to specification.
• Ensure timely material delivery to keep production running smoothly.
• Support teamwork and provide customer service and assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Job Overview

Join Marvin Composites, as a Raw Materials Associate at our Fargo, ND location.You’ll play an important role in our manufacturing process by preparing raw materials, measuring materials to specifications, documenting results, and helping ensure production has the materials needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM

• Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur
• Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.

Pay: Base hourly rate $22.10/hr

• Pay potential including $4.00 weekend premium and OT: $25.06/hr

• Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, including proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standards
• Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities
• Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification
• Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery
• Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support
• Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 18 years of age required
• Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50lbs to support production needs
• A self-motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively
• Basic math skills and general computer proficiency
