Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking Day shift Manufacturing Associates. You will remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step in the production process.

This role supports our fiberglass frame components for Marvin windows and doors. We provide training in a clean, air-conditioned facility with opportunities for skill development and cross-training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications accurately.
• General computer proficiency for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing orders and visually inspect parts for quality.
• Use calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures to verify dimensions.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely (saws, etc.) to keep production moving.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to optimize productivity.
