Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Raw Materials Associate to support our fiberglass production. You will prepare raw materials, measure to specifications, document results, and help ensure materials are available for operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 18 years of age required.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10–50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic math skills and general computer proficiency.

• Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, including proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standards.
• Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities.
• Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification.
• Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery.
• Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support.
• Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace.

Join Marvin Composites, as a Raw Materials Associate at our Fargo, ND location.

You’ll play an important role in our manufacturing process by preparing raw materials, measuring materials to specifications, documenting results, and helping ensure production has the materials needed to keep operations running smoothly.

At Marvin Composites, we manufacture innovative fiberglass composite materials that provide the strength and durability behind Marvin's windows and doors.

Schedule:

• Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur
• Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.

Pay:

• Base hourly rate $22.10/hr
• Pay potential including $4.00 weekend premium and OT: $25.06/hr

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50lbs to support production needs
• A self-motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively
• Basic math skills and general computer proficiency
