Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Materials Planning Associate to support foil stamping, UV coating, chrome laminating, die cutting, and embellishment production. You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Scheduling, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Engineering to execute critical workflows and drive readiness.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and eager to grow expertise in complex manufacturing operations that underpin Fanatics Collectibles’ premium products.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field is a plus.
• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, material planning, production planning or related environments preferred.
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly material planning priorities across Foil, UV, Chrome, Die Cutting, and Scodix operations.
• Order, track, and coordinate materials, dies, tooling, blankets, and vendor-supplied components to ensure on-time manufacturing execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support file preparation and material delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory visibility, material usage tracking, and forecasting for manufacturing.
• Prepare and clean up manufacturing files for vendors, lasers, tooling, and production operations.
• Assist with extraction and preparation of files for non-print manufacturing processes.
• Support Scodix and embellishment file processing workflows, including numbering and finishing treatments.
• Balance workload demand with Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support initiatives to reduce material waste, improve throughput, and increase efficiency.
• Document and standardize manufacturing operations.
