Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in supply chain, engineering, or project management.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program production schedules with master schedules.
• Create work orders for material to be kitted for manufacturing.
• Communicate material lead times and inventory risk.
• Align procedures across multiple organizations and databases.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to influence build routing.
• Monitor procurement performance and address issues.
• Track work in process and update part/material status.
• Coordinate raw material post-processing with external partners.
• Resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with functions to avoid schedule delays.
