Job summary

RTX Missiles & Defense in Andover is seeking a Principal Specialist Materials Planning to lead the Materials Planning and SIOP team. You will manage day-to-day material availability, align purchased material with manufacturing value streams, and collaborate across Demand Planning, Production Control, Engineering, and Finance.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years in related fields, strong experience in supply chain and inventory systems, and U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Finance
• Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems (Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing)
• U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Monitor important system health metrics and key performance indicators weekly and monthly
• Provide support to team and leadership for reporting and analysis as required by our internal customers
