Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Materials Management Analyst II (Finance) to proactively mitigate part shortages by partnering with Procurement, forecasting, and using material visibility tools to support MPS stability and on-time delivery.

The role serves as a primary link between supply, demand, and execution teams, ensuring constraints are clearly understood and actively managed while escalating risks and driving mitigation actions to protect customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in planning, material management, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, MPS, and material flow.
• Experience working directly with Procurement and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve forecasting tools for assigned areas.
• Provide visibility for materials pacing or shortages relative to MPS.
• Analyse trends and forecast accuracy to identify risks early.
• Maintain relationships with Procurement Buyers and suppliers.
• Escalate risks to drive recovery actions and mitigate LOS.
• Participate in War Room and Sunrise meetings and track action items.
• Communicate material risks and recovery plans to Production Schedulers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on rework or routing options.
• Verify WIP vs. demand and ensure alignment with production needs.
