Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Materials Management Analyst II to support and optimize supply chain and materials management processes. You will analyze data, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and improve supply chain performance.

You will impact materials planning accuracy, inventory control, and production readiness, working to minimize costs and enhance operational workflows across the site in Nebraska City.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft/SAP) for master data management and reporting.
• Experience in supply chain or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of shop floor workflows, lead times, and equipment limitations to build realistic timelines.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Familiarity with supply chain metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize interplant stock transfers to ensure material availability and support uninterrupted operations.
• Own and drive the Clear-to-Build process for backlog, resolving constraints to improve order fulfillment and production readiness.
• Coordinate and execute production schedule releases for finished product and repetitive manufacturing lines, aligning supply, demand, and priorities to achieve delivery and service objectives.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resolve supply chain issues.
