EPIC PIPING, LLC is seeking a Material Supervisor to help manage material flow on site in Baton Rouge, LA. The role focuses on integrating planning systems, ensuring material availability, and driving continuous improvement to meet project objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in materials or project management, with experience in inventory control, safety, and collaboration with Purchasing, QA and Engineering. On-site role with emphasis on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Materials Management/ Project Management.
• High School Diploma or GED; preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety and environmental guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate activities of the group to integrate with project schedules and material plans.
• Assist in developing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, QA and Engineering in procurement and vendor performance.
• Provide analysis on inventory accuracy, levels, On Time/Full Shipping, waste reduction and budget control.
• Maintain high safety standards and implement health and safety procedures.
• Interview, hire and supervise staff training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
