Responsibilities

• Confirm accuracy of material information on spool drawings.
• Input material line items into JDE system.
• Release spools to production when all material line items are available.
• Issue work orders when required.
• Address material shorts daily.
• Check/update weight and surface area fields on spool sheets.
• Maintain filing system.
• Assist with material reconciliations at job closeouts.
• Requisition material shorts as needed.
• Update statuses in JDE as needed.
