Job summary

The Lafayette Engine Center in Lafayette, IN, is seeking a Manager, Material Requirements Planning to maintain inventory levels and ensure a continuous flow of materials to the manufacturing facility.

You will lead Material/Logistics Planning Analysts and collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and suppliers, driving on-time supply, root-cause analysis, and performance metrics using MRP, SAP, LOGNET, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar discipline preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CSPC national certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of MRP and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Material/Logistics Planning Analysts and Support Analysts.
• Ensure material availability to meet customer needs and site objectives.
• Drive on-time shipping performance and supplier performance via root-cause analysis.
• Develop and monitor a scorecard to measure team performance.
• Lead selection and development of direct reports and agency staff.
