Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, seeks a Material Analyst for its Tulsa, OK facility. You will ensure material availability, accuracy, and coordination for work orders to support production schedules and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in material planning/analysis, BOM management, and ERP/Excel proficiency. You will support month-end costing, vendor data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, purchasing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in material planning, analysis, inventory control, or related role.
• Experience with BOMs, work orders, and inventory systems.
• Experience using ERP systems and Excel for material tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work order BOMs to verify material availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with purchasing to resolve shortages or delays.
• Track material deliveries and confirm receipt dates; follow up on late items.
• Review BOMs prior to release and ensure accurate material issuance to jobs.
• Maintain accurate material, vendor, and cost data in ERP systems.
