Employee Magnets, Inc. is seeking a Material Planner Assistant to create manufacturer orders and transfer tickets for production operations.

You will work with the warehouse team to prioritize escalated customer backorders and review invoices before payment scheduling. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management and at least two years' experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing and material management.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management.
• Minimum of two years of related manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing and material management experience.
• Strong data analysis ability on large datasets.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with internal customers.
• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Capable of organizing and prioritizing work effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Create manufacturer orders and transfer tickets for production operations.
• Meet with Production Control to determine sequencing and priority of manufacturing operations.
• Review and validate vendor invoices before Finance processing.
• Collaborate with Buying to resolve PO/SO/Invoices discrepancies.
