Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Austin, TX is hiring immediately for a Materials Planner. The role supports production with SAP MRP and on-time material delivery. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime as needed. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

You will monitor inventory levels, perform pre-shortage analyses, coordinate with engineering and production, and participate in floor audits to keep material flow accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP and MRP processes is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains SAP Production Order release schedule to ensure material availability on-time.
• Performs pre-shortage analysis and production order variance analysis.
• Reviews MRP execution, reconciles supply and demand, and validates scheduling.
• Participates in floor audits with Finance and resolves WIP issues.
• Manages inventory levels and expedites shortages to meet service levels.
• Coordinates with engineering on materials for special projects and supports shop floor control.
