Qualifications

• Three or more years of materials planning, production planning, inventory planning, supply planning, or procurement support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP concepts including lead times, safety stock, min/max and reorder points.
• Experience creating, releasing, and managing production work orders and purchase orders.
• Ability to evaluate material availability, capacity constraints, and inventory risks and translate them into action plans.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication to align cross-functional teams on priorities and recovery actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate daily/weekly production schedules from demand and capacity.
• Translate demand signals into internal work orders and PO requirements.
• Release and manage internal work orders through completion with accurate data.
• Coordinate daily with Buyers to manage purchase orders and supplier confirmations.
• Monitor inventory against safety stock and replenishment targets; address shortages.
• Identify and resolve constraints impacting schedules, lead times, and material availability.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to provide status, recovery plans, and delivery dates.
• Maintain ERP/MRP master data accuracy and planning parameters.
• Support SIOP and demand review with supply status and capacity concerns.
• Publish routine reports on stock, replenishment progress, and schedule execution.
