Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Material Planner to ensure stock levels align with production schedules and customer orders. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning, and Operations to maintain inventory goals and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. This role requires heavy collaboration and attention to BOM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of supply planning, production planning, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and use ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability to meet daily production demands and goals.
• Analyze daily material status and report shortages in daily calls.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning, and Ops.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
• Mitigate material shortages through escalation with internal/external parties.
• Verify unplanned component demand and upload data accordingly.
• Manage material requirement changes and dispositions.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and substitutions are properly handled.
• Perform monthly ROP sizing activities.
• Collaborate with buyers and planners to ensure materials are available before work orders move to production.
