The role requires 2+ years in planning, knowledge of SAP/MRP, and the ability to influence stakeholders, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Associates' Degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years).
• Experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
• Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 mo.) and global forecasts.
• Converting demand plans into physical orders with the sales and operations team.
• Understanding business trends and how they impact the forecast.
• Analyzing incoming demand and identifying order exceptions and misalignments.
• Planning and scheduling order timelines to meet customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
• Prioritizing delivery dates with Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery as needed.
• Performing material management analyses such as consumption, aged inventory and safety stock.
• Implementing inventory stocking strategies and monitoring safety stock and aging inventory.
• Collaborating with AMO to capture spare parts and asset demands and participate in S&OP processes.
