Premier Nutrition: The Good Energy People in Emeryville, CA is seeking a Materials Planner to manage packaging and ingredient supply with external suppliers to meet finished goods production.

This hybrid role requires in-person presence Tue–Thu at our Emeryville headquarters. Responsibilities include planning with suppliers, setting up MRP parameters, and coordinating new product launches while maintaining service and inventory targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• Integrated planning systems training and ERP/DRP/MRP experience required.
• 3+ years experience operating in an MRP environment in inventory control, production scheduling, master scheduling, demand management, capacity management, materials management, or distribution planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan supply of packaging and ingredients with external suppliers to meet production requirements.
• Set up planning parameters in MRP system; manage safety stock, lead times, and lot sizes.
• Lead supplier production meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate new product launches and transitions with project teams.
• Support monthly operations planning with visibility on risks and liabilities.
