Job summary

Electrolux Group in North America is seeking a Materials Planner based in Kinston, NC to coordinate material supply, plan requirements, and ensure on-time delivery across the supply chain. You will partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations.

You will analyze forecasts and inventory trends, create and expeditе purchase orders, and use SAP or MAPICS to maintain data integrity and generate KPI reports. Strong analytical skills and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in materials planning, purchasing, or inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP system proficiency (MAPICS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements to support demand and avoid stockouts.
• Analyze forecasts, demand signals, backorders, and inventory trends.
• Create and expedite purchase orders with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, dock scheduling, and interfacility transfers.
• Use SAP/MAPICS to manage planning and generate KPI reports.
