Job summary

LeoLabs, Inc. is hiring a Materials Planner for the Radar Supply Chain Management team to drive production material readiness for radar manufacturing and deployment schedules.

You will determine what can be picked from inventory, what must be purchased, and where discrepancies could delay production. Advanced Excel and NetSuite knowledge are essential to consolidate data into actionable reports for the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials planning, production planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Strong BOM understanding and experience with BOM scrubs or material-readiness analysis.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own BOM scrubs and kit-readiness analysis.
• Develop and maintain planning reports and tools in Excel and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Engineering to translate schedules into material actions.
• Identify and communicate procurement requirements, shortages, and recovery plans.
• Ensure material readiness and clear ownership for timely production.
