Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

This role leads and manages integrated planning for manufacturing and distribution, aligning demand, supply, and inventory strategies using SAP, with a strong focus on DDMRP. The role ensures efficient production, replenishment, and distribution to meet customer demand, optimize inventory, and support business objectives.

The client is a global leader in manufacturing and supplying precision labware, primary packaging solutions, and laboratory equipment—primarily for the life sciences, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.

Description

Spearheaded the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and supply planning processes using SAP planning tools and Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP) methodologies.

Oversaw the integration of demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning to ensure strategic alignment across sales, operations, and financial objectives.

Applied DDMRP principles to configure and manage buffer profiles, optimize inventory placement, and establish decoupling points for improved material flow and responsiveness.

Converted customer demand and forecast inputs into practical, well-balanced, and efficient supply plans.

Profile

A successful candidate is someone who has proven experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management.
