Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate job packets for the production team.
• Creating material master data, BOM & Routings in SAP.
• Releasing production orders in SAP.
• Preparing the Master Production Schedule for projects.
• Updating production schedules to meet changing demand.
• Analyzing inventory levels and updating schedules.
• Participating in weekly production and scheduling meetings.
• Completing other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Working with H&S, Quality employees to ensure compliance.
• Complying with environmental and safety policies.

Mid Atlantic Search Consultant - Permanent Placement - Manufacturing, Logistics and Business Services

Base pay range

$70,000.00 per year - $75,000.00 per year

About the Company

Responsible for assisting with the continuous update of the Master Production Schedule to satisfy customer demand, achieve efficient operations, and maintain inventory control.

About the Role

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate job packets - prepared and printed accurately for the production team
• Create material master data, BOM & Routings in SAP
• Release production orders in SAP
• Prepare the Master Production Schedule for individual projects as assigned by the Production Planning Manager.
• Initiate and update production schedules to meet changing demand and inventory requirements.
• Analyze inventory levels and requirements regularly and update schedules accordingly.
• Participate in weekly production and scheduling meetings.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality
• Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and endures duties of high quality standards at all times

Qualifications
