Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL service provider, seeks a Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to manage purchasing, order execution, inventory, and invoicing for raw materials in Wisconsin. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive logistics excellence and continuous improvement.

Required 3+ years in supply chain roles, degree in related field, and advanced Excel with SAP/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Supply Chain buyer/planner/logistics experience.
• 2+ years experience with advanced Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; customer service oriented; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute purchasing and execution of raw materials; manage orders, cycle counts, data reconciliation, inventory, and invoicing.
• Prepare for and participate in business reviews; collaborate with customer teams, suppliers, service delivery, operations, and Account Manager.

Job Description

• You’ll be responsible for the co-ordination and execution of all activities related to the purchasing and execution of raw materials. Your main duties will include purchasing activities, order management, cycle count/data reconciliation, inventory management, and invoicing.
• You will prepare for and participate in business reviews with the customer. You will work closely with the customer team, suppliers, service delivery, operations, Account Manager, and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years Supply Chain buyer/planner/logistics environment experience
• 2+ years experience with advanced Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (focus on Excel skills)
• Communication skills: able to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Customer service-oriented
• SAP/ERP experience strongly preferred
