Job summary

Bosch Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to coordinate purchasing of raw materials and manage end-to-end procurement activities within a dynamic team.

You will collaborate with customer teams, suppliers, and cross-functional groups to ensure on-time delivery, accurate invoicing, and efficient inventory management. Strong Excel and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain buyer/planner/logistics environment experience.
• 2+ years experience with advanced Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (focus on Excel skills)
• Communication skills: able to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Customer service-oriented
• SAP/ERP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute purchasing of raw materials, manage orders and invoicing.
• Perform cycle counts, data reconciliation, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Job Description

• You’ll be responsible for the co-ordination and execution of all activities related to the purchasing and execution of raw materials. Your main duties will include purchasing activities, order management, cycle count/data reconciliation, inventory management, and invoicing.
• You will prepare for and participate in business reviews with the customer. You will work closely with the customer team, suppliers, service delivery, operations, Account Manager, and others.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
