Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks an Order Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments in a multiclient facility. You will coordinate with Operations and Client Services to meet SLAs and ensure accurate data entry in SAP/TFS.

• Support accurate and timely warehouse admin tasks.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and leadership.
• Adhere to ISO-9001 processes.

Job Description

The Order Coordinator coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
• Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
• Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP/TFS (Think fulfillment System)
• Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
• Completes daily operations reports.
• Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
• Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
