Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Materials Planner in West Michigan area (Holland/Zeeland) to keep production moving and inventory optimized. You will develop material requirements, maintain production schedules, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong ERP/MRP experience, proficiency in Excel, and a proven track record in a manufacturing setting. Automotive manufacturing exposure is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a leading manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong ERP/MRP system experience and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
