Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division in Rumford, RI seeks a Sr. Production Scheduler to manage materials planning, scheduling, and ordering for on-time delivery. You’ll coordinate receipt and inventory while using systems to optimize performance and costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain, with US work authorization. Salary range $86,000–$126,000 with a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in supply chain.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information; U.S. person status required.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Rumford, RI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to meet customer requirements.
• Initiate transactions to allocate, purchase, manufacture, or reschedule material.
• Expedite material to meet shortfalls and customer orders.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support supply chain decisions.
• Maintain planning parameters in order execution systems (e.g., MFGPro).
• Assess impact of engineering changes on material costs and schedules.
• Manage inventory levels to meet profit targets and customer needs.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and business objectives.
