Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Rumford, RI facility. This role directs the storerooms, receiving, and shipping to ensure material is issued, received, and shipped to support on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate computerized records, preserving inventory accuracy, coordinating with production and purchasing to minimize WIP, leading the Shipping & Receiving Team, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum three years in supply chain/operations in manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Export-controlled information access requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Direct storerooms, receiving and shipping to meet on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate computerized records of material movement.
• Preserve inventory accuracy and FIFO; perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Machine Shop, Production Planning, Purchasing, and Assembly.
• Lead Shipping & Receiving Team; ensure safe, compliant operations.
