Dr. Squatch in Brea, CA is seeking a Raw Material & Packaging Planner to forecast material needs and manage inventory ensuring continuous production. The role requires coordinating with production planning and procurement to balance service levels with costs.

Reporting to the Operations Planning Sr. Manager, this on-site, full-time position offers benefits and a base salary in the $80k–$95k range, aligned with experience and market rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Business/Operations or related field.
• 2+ years in materials planning, procurement, or inventory control in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and NetSuite a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain raw material forecasts based on production schedules.
• Set reorder points and order quantities for raw materials.
• Manage inventory and safety stock at site and off-site warehouses.
• Coordinate material transfers between facility and warehouses.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, QA to align with schedules.
• Track supplier lead times and risk to supply continuity.
• Maintain ERP/MRP records (SAP/NetSuite) for planning.
• Manage material expiration and FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Prepare reports on inventory status and KPI.
