Job summary

Korpack is seeking a Materials Manager to own inventory truth end-to-end across multiple facilities. You will oversee every receipt, put-away, transfer, WO transaction, and shipment, ensuring real-time alignment with system records for customers who view inventory by work order.

Qualifications

• Own inventory truth end to end across people, process and numbers.
• Lead a team of roughly 25–30 across all shifts and develop supervisors.
• Experience with SQF inbound inspection and outbound verification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory transactions: receiving, shipping, movements, WO transactions, adjustments.
• Ensure real-time reconciliation between floor operations and the warehouse system.
• Lead and coordinate Receiving/Shipping Supervisors, Material Handling Supervisors, and Production Control Supervisors across shifts.
• Maintain 24/7 ownership with on-site days and on-call escalations to keep operations running smoothly.
