Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/PM.
• 5+ years in production scheduling or manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to evaluate demand, material availability, and capacity.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review customer releases in Plex and build weekly production schedules.
• Create monthly operating plans for tooling, labor, and materials.
• Coordinate with Materials Planner for raw materials and delivery.
• Adjust plans for demand, capacity, equipment, and staffing.
• Lead the materials team and set priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve Plex utilization (MRP/PRP).
• Monitor customer portals for production or material changes.
• Support safety, continuous improvement, and environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues.
