Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ year of planning experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree with no experience accepted.
• 3+ years in production control/planning or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules to meet demand.
• Analyze orders, forecasts, capacity, and materials for executable plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changes in demand or constraints.
• Coordinate line setting and sequencing to optimize throughput.
• Establish build priorities and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Materials teams to ensure readiness.
• Review shortages and inventory to minimize disruptions.
• Evaluate capacity requirements and adjust labor/equipment resources.
• Support inventory optimization while maintaining service levels.
• Lead planning reviews for new programs and engineering changes.
• Track KPIs: schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory, backlog.
• Develop reports/dashboards to communicate performance and risks.
