Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in materials management or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Proficient in procurement best practices and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the material requirements planning (MRP) process based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing carrying costs.
• Identify risks related to shortages and long lead times; communicate impacts to leadership.
• Lead purchasing activities for the site and manage supplier performance.
• Oversee receiving, storage, warehousing, and inbound logistics; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Interact with Production, Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support goals.
• Maintain accuracy of ERP data (IQMS) related to materials planning and inventory.
