Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in warehouse/inventory management in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in purchasing and forecasting.
Experience leading a team and coordinating with customer service, production and operations.
Experience adhering to quality management systems.
Knowledge of SAP or ERP warehouse management systems; safe work environment.
Strong communication, project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, order, and procure raw materials to support production and manage inventory levels.
Adjust production schedules based on demand and business needs.
Lead warehouse operations and a 16-member team.
Monitor cycle counts and inventory accuracy; address discrepancies.
