Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Materials Management or similar.
• 6+ years of experience in Materials Management.
• Familiarity with version management, development, and debugging tools.
• Customer-centric focus with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
• Strong coordination and deadline-oriented skills, adaptable in leading or contributing to multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in translating market research into clear strategies for targeted segments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, analytic tools, and sound product management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Accountable for budgets and expenses for Materials Management Team, including hiring and compensation decisions.
• Analyze production data and trends to forecast future demand and adjust production schedules.
• Responsible for the Sterling facility.
• Create department goals and KPI’s and manage performance to them.
• Work with quality to maintain standards and minimize defects.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are met by all.
• Train and mentor staff in Materials Management best practices and safety procedures.
• Share best practices amongst all North American facilities.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment to achieve targets.
