Job summary

Henkel in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Lead to drive strategic direction for warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow. You will develop strategies to support production, customer service, and business goals while leading a team and managing budgets.

You’ll implement continuous improvement, optimize stock accuracy, and ensure safe, compliant operations. Strong SAP, KPI reporting, and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED or higher as required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, material planning, and production support processes.
• Understanding of supply chain principles, transportation and logistics operations.
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventories, reconciliation, and stock accuracy programs.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, CI, and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and drive productivity improvements.
• ERP systems experience (SAP) and ability to develop KPIs through dashboards and reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Platform, or similar analytics tools.

The salary rangefor this role is $95,000.00 and $105,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
