What you´ll do
- Provides leadership and strategic direction for all warehouse, inventory, and material flow operations.
- Develops and executes material management strategies to support production, customer service, and business objectives.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, warehouse efficiency, and logistics performance.
- Oversees inventory control processes and ensures accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Ensures uninterrupted material availability through effective planning, supplier coordination, and risk mitigation.
- Manages departmental budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Leads, develops, and evaluates warehouse and material handling personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Directs annual stocktaking and cycle count programs to ensure compliance with corporate and financial requirements.
- Drives a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve supply chain performance, reduce costs, and support site growth initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- HSD/GED
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, material planning, and production support processes.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles, transportation, and logistics operations.
- Experience with cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, and stock accuracy programs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze operational costs, and drive productivity improvements
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAPAbility to develop, monitor, and interpret KPIs through dashboards and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar business analytics tools preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The salary rangefor this role is $95,000.00 and $105,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
