Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking a manufacturing leader to run day-to-day operations in our Adhesive Technologies unit. You will drive safe, efficient production and high-quality outputs while guiding a team to meet KPIs, budgets, and milestones.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing (ideally chemical) with SAP experience and a strong safety mindset. You’ll manage multiple priorities and lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and demonstrated success in manufacturing leadership will also be considered.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety leadership with a proven track record of promoting a safe workplace culture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and drive operational results.

The salary rangefor this role is $90,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
