To Help Us Drive Excellence, You'll Get To

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the materials team to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Develop and execute departmental strategies that support plant goals, business plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee all internal and external material flow to ensure just-in-time (JIT) delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements, corrective actions, and team-based problem-solving initiatives.
• Support customer satisfaction through quality, cost, and delivery performance, while actively participating in quoting, pricing, and capacity planning.
• Monitor department staffing levels and budgets, ensuring resource alignment and cost control.
  
  

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Plant Manager .

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in management or business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five to seven years' experience as a materials manager, preferably in a metals environment or equivalent experience.
• APICS certification desirable.
• Ability to mentor the team in effective problem solving.
• Experience in applying lean manufacturing concepts.
