We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement and inventory, ensuring optimal sourcing, cost efficiency, and vendor relationships, while collaborating with production to minimize waste and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials, equipment, and services, optimizing costs and quality.
• Prepare and verify purchase orders with accurate specifications and pricing.
• Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Authorize payments and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Analyze purchasing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production to understand material needs.
• Implement and track procurement process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or related fields (degree preferred but not required).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Physical fitness and ability to manage multiple priorities.
