Job summary

Kentfield Hospital, part of American Advanced Management, is seeking a Materials Management team member to ensure supplies and equipment are available for patient care in our Marin County facilities.

Responsibilities include tracking inventories, processing materials, and distributing items across departments. A high school diploma and at least one year in materials management are required, with preferred hospital experience and a valid driver’s license.

• Collaborate with nursing and other clinical teams to ensure supplies are available as needed.
• Identify learning needs and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.

Our 60-bed facilities specialize in caring for individuals with critical or chronic complex medical conditions who require extended recovery periods.

Position Summary

Responsible for working as a member of the Materials Management team to ensure the needs for supplies and equipment in the Hospital are met. Accurately tracks inventories, orders, receives, picks and distributes materials to meet demands. Processes supplies and equipment by cleaning, packaging, sterilizing and storing as assigned in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a full-time position based in our Kentfield facility in Marin County.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
