Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in healthcare materials management or MMIS systems.
• Strong leadership and program management experience in enterprise IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise MM systems strategy and governance.
• Establish KPIs and drive inventory optimization and system adoption.
• Lead end-to-end testing of ERP updates and enhancements.
• Oversee training, change management, and user adoption programs.
• Collaborate with MIT/IT, suppliers, and end-users to resolve issues.
• Deliver enterprise reporting and analytics to support exec decisions.
• Coordinate physical inventories and operational workflows across sites.
