Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, is seeking a Director of Materials Management to lead the materials function, including supply chain, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

You will partner with project teams, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure timely delivery of materials for one-piece flow production. Ideal candidate has 12+ years in materials management, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/WMS systems; CPSM/CSCP/CPIM certifications are

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or engineering required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in materials management or warehouse operations, including at least 5 years in management.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems; familiarity with government contract flow-downs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end materials workflow with visibility for customers and project teams.
• Manage supplier performance, stocking levels, and supply continuity.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, warehousing, receiving, shipping, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, Buy American, and safety policies.
