Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA, is looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment Center - Materials Management, split shift, to lead day-to-day materials flow and drive continuous improvement at the Hawthorne Fulfillment Center.

You will manage timecards, inventory strategies, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control, Transportation and Planning; this is an onsite role with a fast-paced environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 6+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Approve timecards, schedule, periodic reviews, maintain stocking levels, mentor direct reports.
• Implement logistics and inventory practices in line with procedures.
• Support and maintain metric goals for Inventory teams.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and promote safety policies.
• Coordinate work order management across related departments to resolve issues.
• Lead audits and drive continuous improvement in operations.
