• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production; or 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Approve timecards, scheduling, and performance reviews; mentor direct reports.
• Implement best logistics and inventory practices in line with procedures.
• Support and maintain metrics goals for Inventory teams.
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and promote safety policies.
• Distribute workload with a kitting strategy aligned to campaign timelines.
• Interface with Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Own area audits and compliance events.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and continuously improve workspace.
