Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Supervisor of Fulfillment Center - Materials Management on a split shift. Lead day-to-day materials handling, inventory control, and continuous improvement to meet high on-time delivery goals and safety standards.

You will mentor staff, implement best practices, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant operations at our Hawthorne facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 6+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Approve timecards, scheduling, reviews, and mentoring direct reports
• Implement logistics and inventory practices including transportation, kitting, and work order management
• Support and maintain metrics for Inventory teams
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and promote safety policies
• Balance campaign workloads with on-time kitting against timelines
• Interface with Shipping, Receiving, QC, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing
• Maintain clean, organized work area and drive continuous improvement
• Encourage change and implement approved ideas
• Perform additional duties to ensure efficient operations
